I offer bespoke packages to support the change you desire.
We usually meet online but we can meet in person if you live in Hastings or St Leonards. We can also meet occasionally in person if you live in or near London.
How do you choose?
We start with an introductory call to explore what’s going on for you. You will get an idea of how I coach and I get a sense of how I can support you. We will decide together if I am the right coach for you and what package would suit you best.
All coaching clients are invited to join Julie’s Coaching Club.
The Basic package: 3 months
The Basic package might suit you if you have a specific goal already and you have limited time or a tight deadline and you want to work on it quickly.
This includes tasks between sessions (which are one hour) It’s a good start if you are unfamiliar with coaching. I would love to be part of the start of your coaching experience.
The Essence package: 6 months
Sessions are usually an hour but this allows for flexibility: when we need to, we can meet for longer. The Essence allows more time which means greater results. Around the half-way point we arrange a period of intensive work. This might include daily tasks and/or a longer or in-person meeting – we agree this together.
The Essence package is for you if you want or need more time to work on your challenge and want to go deeper. You want to get really clear on what you want and need, you want to test out new ideas and techniques and you are committed to creating change.

The Stretch: 12 months
We start with an intensive to kick-start our journey together. We might do a role analysis to identify who you are in your organisation at this point in time. We might spend time looking at your values or explore a theme through your life experience (eg leadership, competition, decisions) or focus on an area you choose. This can be face-to-face or online depending on your location.
Sessions are usually an hour but we will vary how and when we meet across the year. We will check in regularly to ensure you are making the progress you want. The Stretch allows more time, greater depth and this process allows greater results. If you see change as a process and you are 100% committed to making it, why not stretch yourself? I would love to work with you.
The Compact
I design a compressed session or series of sessions to fast-track your development. This might be a morning or a day or a weekend or a series in short succession. It might include preparation in advance.
I can design this for you in person or online.
If we meet in person it might include a treat (afternoon tea, lunch) or luxury (stay in a beautiful location in Hastings or St Leonards on Sea) or something a bit unusual (do you like horses?).
I might invite other coaches or practitioners to complement our work.
You might like to do this with a friend or a colleague.
